I'm here to bring a world of flavors to your table. Born and raised in Minnesota, I'm proud to be Ojibwe and to serve as the Chef de Cuisine at Owamni. My culinary journey has been as diverse as my background. I hold an A.A.S degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and have honed my skills at an eclectic mix of restaurants, from upscale steakhouses to vibrant Turkish, Latin American, Native American, innovative soul food kitchens, a classy burger joint, and even mastered Asian and Italian cuisines.
